Before submitting an application please note you are agreeing to the following:

I undertake to accept the terms and conditions set out which I have read, and agree to arrange for adequate supervision during this period of hiring in accordance with such conditions.

I appreciate and agree that I am making this application on behalf of the organisation mentioned above and also in a personal capacity, to the intent that I am guarantee and be personally liable for the due performance by such Organisation of the said conditions.

I also fully agree that full payment will be made immediately upon approval of the Church to this application and that the hiring shall not commence until such payment has been made. I agree that payment for regular bookings for longer periods than one month shall be paid monthly in advance within seven days of receipt of an account.

Note: Payment rates will be advised from the Church on application.

We are collecting this information to enable the church to manage the bookings process and  ensure we can liaise with you over the booking. Under Data Protection legislation we are required to ask for you consent to collect, handle and store the data.

If you complete this Hiring application form we will only retain your name and details until your  booking has been completed i.e. the event you are booking for has taken place and all payments have been received.

We will not pass on your details to anyone other than the staff team who will administratively manage your booking and provide event support if required.

If you are concerned about the way your information is  being stored or handled please speak to our Data Protection lead Roy Collins at roy.collins@amesburybaptist.org.uk. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.

The data is stored on website for 30 days before it is deleted permanently (including from backups).
